About the program

We’re introducing our first-ever Graduate Program for motivated young professionals who are keen to showcase their skills at a global level. This is a 2-year Management Trainee Program where you will be working with Capital Placement in various fields across Marketing, Customer Support, Business Development, and Operations.

During the first 12 months of this comprehensive program, you will gain hands-on experience rotating across some of our different teams; Marketing, Customer Support, Business Development, and Operations.

The next 12 months will be spent focusing on a specific area of specialisation, where you can master your skills. Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be offered an Assistant Manager Role within a designated team at Capital Placement.

Suitable for current students and recent graduates within the last 2 years.

Rotation Training

Quarterly rotations across key departments including Business Development/Partnerships, Customer Experience & Recruitment, Marketing, and IT.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • B2B Sales: ​Acquire new employers to our internship program in London, Singapore, New York and other upcoming program locations.
  • Relationship Building: Manage relationships with existing employers in our portfolio and build relationships with new employers. Assist employers and interns with their enquiries.
  • Career Coaching: Support interns and companies throughout each stage of the internship placement process.
  • Strong communication: Develop the necessary communication materials or processes to ensure both the interns’ and employers’ expectations are well-managed throughout the placement process.

Marketing

  • Social Media Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to conceptualise and create engaging content across various social media platforms. Work with team members in the office to create engaging social media content.
  • Copywriting: Assist in crafting compelling copy for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, website content, press releases, and advertising collateral.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration: Shadow team members and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as content creators, Placement, CS and Teach teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Customer Experience

 

  • Monitor Communication Channels: Provide consistent assistance to candidates with their inquiries. 
  • Admin Ad-hoc: Handle large volumes of candidates simultaneously and be able to respond promptly via phone, email or chat. Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Managing own Portfolio Of Candidates: Ensuring all candidates have a full understanding of the application process and program offerings while managing their expectations.
  • Industry research: Being up-to-date with key employability and industry trends across all of our program locations to best advise candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing:: Interview internship program applicants and determine if they are the right fit. Assist with fine-tuning the CVs of successful candidates and ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to the placement stage.

STEP 1: APPLICATION (2 hours)

Apply online with your CV, submit an introduction video and answer a few questions. If your profile meets our requirements, you will receive a notification on the next step. Ready to start this journey?

STEP 2: INTRO CALL (30 minutes)

You will be invited for an intro call with an HR Manager. After the intro call, you will receive feedback, to support your self-reflection and prepare you for the next process step. Ready to manage the first impression?

STEP 3: TECHNICAL INTERVIEW (1 hour)

You will be invited for an interview with the Team Leads, where you will gain an in-depth insight into the role and the various teams across the organization. You will also get the opportunity to share your interests and future aspirations with them.  Ready to continue the journey?

STEP 4: PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT/BUSINESS ANALYSIS (90 minutes)

Be ready for a challenging assessment, an intricate business simulation for which you will need to provide different solutions and solve various cognitive puzzles. Always wanted to experience this, right?

STEP 5: MEETING THE FOUNDERS(90 minutes)

This is the final round where you will get the opportunity to meet and engage with the Founders in an in-depth discussion, centering on your vision, strategic thinking, and overall fit for the Acceleration Programme. Well done, you did it!
