When you join Capital Placement, you pay an application fee and a deposit to secure your place and begin the placement process. The exact payment structure depends on which program you enrol in, but regardless of how much you have paid at any stage, our guarantee has you covered. If we are unable to find you an internship within your promised timeline, you get every penny you have invested back in full.
It depends on where you are in the process. If you need to reschedule before we begin employer outreach, no problem at all — you can defer by up to 12 months and your guarantee period starts fresh when you rejoin. If you need to make changes after employer outreach has already begun, just reach out to our team and we will work through it together to find the best solution for you.
Simply email us to let us know you would like to proceed with the refund. We will process it within 7 working days. No long forms, no hoops, just a straightforward refund of your application fee and deposit.
If you voluntarily withdraw at any stage including after receiving an interview or valid offer, you will not be eligible for a refund. You are welcome to defer your start date by up to 12 months if circumstances change unexpectedly.
Our offers are specific to the industry and location you applied for. Changing either requires a new interview. The guarantee restarts based on your updated preferences. See the full Terms and Conditions for more details.
The clock starts the day your final, edited CV is ready and all requested documents have been submitted. It does not start on the day you pay the deposit.
You have two options at this stage: we can continue to look for opportunities for you, or you can ask for a refund. If you would like us to continue looking for opportunities for you, you can, at any stage after the guarantee period, ask to drop out and get a full refund.
